It’s no secret: Rigid foam insulation from Dow installed in concealed metal building roofs/ceilings helps minimize thermal loss and moisture buildup.

THERMAX™ Metal Building Board and THERMAX™ Sheathing, with an R-value of 6.5 at 1", have a reflective aluminum-foil facer to slow the radiant energy through the roof surface. They also provide excellent heat flow characteristics, especially when used in conjunction with standing seam roofing. Both can be used on concrete or metal decking.

STYROFOAM™ Brand Square Edge Insulation provides exceptional water resistance, thermal performance (R-value of 5.0 per 1") and high compressive strength (25 psi). It is an ideal choice for over concrete or metal decks with covers of membrane and standing seam.
