When constructing a metal building, the foundation/stem wall can greatly impact the entire project’s construction time. A precast stem wall using STYROFOAM™ Brand Square Edge Insulation provides excellent thermal performance and dew point control.
To form an insulated precast panel, concrete is poured on both sides of the rigid foam and the finished panel is held together structurally with connectors.
