Installation Instructions for STYROFOAM™ Buoyancy Billets
STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets are large blocks of rigid extruded polystyrene used as flotation devices for docks, rafts and boathouses. STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets are composed of millions of tiny air cells, each one acting as an independent buoyancy chamber. A 10" billet provides 1-1/2 times the buoyancy of traditionally used steel drums. STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets are lightweight and easy to install. Plus they won't waterlog, rust or corrode and are resistant to damage from destructive marine growth.
